T.I.P Teater so oktobra 2008 ustanovili dolgoletni gledališki ustvarjalci - igralki Alenka Tetičkovič in Irena Prosen ter producent Aco Ilić. Za ustanovitev so se odločili zaradi njihove neizmerne ljubezeni do teatra in umetniškega ustvarjanja.
